Why does a crafter feel the urge to create an afghan in the hottest part of the year?
Ok, folks. July is more than half over and wouldn't you know it, I get the urge to make afghans! It's hot in mid-July in Arkansas! Why do I want to cover myself with an afghan? But when I get the urge to create, I better go with it and just create. I was looking around the other day and realized I am swamped with yarn. Not whole skeins, just a lot of odds and ends. Some of them are current colors while others are old enough to be called vintage (I guess). Some of it is from the 1970's...
